A 90-minute movement experience designed to reconnect you to your body, release stored tension, and awaken authentic expression.
Join us every Saturday at 8:00 PM CT for a weekly conscious dance journey rooted in somatic awareness, emotional release, and embodied reinvention. This is a welcoming, inclusive, body-positive space where every BODY and every level of movement is honored.
You won’t be judged, corrected, or compared to anyone else. Curiosity matters more than ability. Authenticity matters more than appearance. This is your invitation to move, explore, and simply be.
Through music, breath, and intuitive movement, you’ll be encouraged to soften mental noise, reconnect with sensation, and allow the body to lead. There are no steps to follow, no choreography, and no expectations — only an invitation to listen to your body and move in a way that feels true to you.
Inspired by conscious dance practices including 5Rhythms, JourneyDance, Dance Church, and Soul Motion, Jeffrey Larsen holds intentional space and curates a weekly playlist that supports emotional flow, nervous system regulation, and personal insight.
What is Conscious Dance?
Conscious Dance is a fun, non-competitive, body-based way of raising awareness through freestyle movement. It allows dancers to clear the mind, reconnect with the body, and release anything that no longer serves them. For many people, the practice becomes a catalyst for celebrating the magnificence of both the body and life itself.
At its core is the belief that body, mind, and spirit are deeply interconnected. Movement can help integrate emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Around the world, people are discovering that conscious dance provides not only meaningful physical movement, but also a powerful way to honor the body’s innate intelligence.
The human connection to movement is ancient — long before language, we expressed ourselves through the body. In conscious dance, every movement becomes a form of personal expression, as unique as your signature.
There is no wrong way to move.
Your body shape, experience level, and dance ability do not matter.
Creative movement becomes a practice in awareness, meditation, and self-discovery.
